I am a woman who loves life and lives it to the fullest. It feels so good to have the energy, interest and va-voom to do all that I want to do in my one precious life. I am a Registered Kinesiotherapist, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga instructor and have spent years researching and developing this lifestyle program. I believe in proactive prevention. I also believe in enjoying life. You can have both- they are not mutually exclusive.
I know all about this because my journey to health and happiness has been a challenging one. I thought I had the dream all figured out. Got the good education, to get a good job, to earn a good paycheck, and then everything else would fall into place, right? Nope. Even though I was eating well and working out everyday, the stress from my high-pressured corporate job was ruining my health. It wasn’t until I focused on SELF-CARE that I finally started to thrive. Health is more than the food you put in your mouth and what you do at the gym. Nutrition and exercise are only a small part of being well. Addressing toxic insult and balancing relationships, career, spirituality, and stress levels are all critical in order to lead a life you love— my passion is sharing this blueprint with others, so let’s do this!
